SHIPPING POLICY

Heritage Isle Tasmania uses Australia Post to ship your purchases
directly to your home, office or post office box.

 

How much will it cost?

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process depending
on the quantity and weight of your order.

 

How long will it take?

Standard Australia Post shipping times apply. Within Australia, you can expect to receive
your purchases within 12 days. 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

Heritage Isle will refund, exchange or provide credit for products only if goods are to be found faulty or damaged. A refund or credit note will not be issued for change of mind purchases or unsold stock.

To be eligible for an exchange, credit note or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

RETURNS – faulty or damaged products

​

If you have received your products in a faulty or damaged condition, Heritage Isle will exchange or refund the original price/product in accordance with the following process:

​

  1. You must notify Heritage Isle via email to: heritageisletas@gmail.com within one (1) month of receiving the damaged product and, if possible, attach a photograph of the fault.  

  2. Arrange return of the product to Heritage Isle within 14 days after this notification.

  3. You must provide "proof of purchase" (either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Heritage Isle, or delivery note). If you purchased the item from a Heritage Isle stockist, you must contact the stockist direct. 

  4. The following address must be used to return products:
    Heritage Isle Credits, 
    4 Seymour Street, Carrick, Tasmania 7291 Australia.

  5. Heritage Isle will then provide you with a product refund in full.

  6. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Heritage Isle, however, please allow 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited.

  7. Heritage Isle can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. 

 

Credit Note or Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heritageisletas@gmail.com alternatively we will provide a credit note against your next order. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your faulty product has been reported, we will confirm via email approval of your credit note or refund and may require additional information such as bank details for the purpose of processing the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7 days of email confirmation or a copy of the credit note will be emailed to the provided email address and applied to your customer account. 

 

Shipping

​

Shipping cost at supplier's discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
